Lanacoora Chillies is a small boutique chilli farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland in South East Queensland. It is the result of a comment passed one day – something along the lines of “We should start a chilli farm…..”
Eighteen months later, we have over 70 varieties of chillies growing. Katrina does the growing, Jim does the digging and tasting, and the kids join in. We don’t make sauces or other chilli products, except for ourselves. We supply to local restaurants and have stalls for tasting and sales at markets and chilli festivals.
